this is like watching an episode of Beavis and Butthead. He should have gone to a doctor. He didn't. They need something like needle nose pliers to get that core. They don't have them. And then they put the full bottle of rubbing alcohol on the area and essentially contaminate the whole bottle. Basic first aid would teach you not to do that, clearly these people have never studied that... or much of anything else.
