@link0lover Here's the deal: in the first FMA the animators went to the author of the manga and realised that if they made the show following the same timeline as the manga, the episodes would air, like, years before it was published in the manga. So, they came up with an alternate ending to happen in the first FMA series. FMA:B is the way it is supposed to be in the manga. And, trust me, it is, like, a MILLION x more epic!

@Kibasuni104 Maybe its because Roy Mustang does a lot of crap, from episodes 14-26 he kills Lust and teams up with #66 and they do a lot of stuff. That is why Roy is on the cover.

The reason they didn't follow the manga with the first amines is because it was still being written when new episodes had to be made. Brotherhood follows the manga almost exactly because they made it after the manga series had finished.

Still kind of a pointless trailer if they only changed the last 3 seconds.
