RNLI Life first campaign film

Our aim is to double the size of our lifeguarding service over the next 3 years so that every UK region that needs lifeguard cover on its beaches has seasonal patrols.
Currently the RNLI provides, on average, 60% of the funding for lifeguards and beach safety education, including training, equipment and management. The remaining 40% comes from local authorities and private landowners, and it usually covers the costs of paying the lifeguards.
