Turns out there WAS a video of my first ever trapeze performance...ROUGH as it may be...I have soooo much work and refining to do...soooo much.....

I start out on the ground, spot the bar, then just hang on doing various motions/poses (kinda boring/filler), when the chorus starts I go into an under-the-bar split, to a hang where my feet both point off to the left (I look sort of like a fish or some sort of crescent), to a 'skin the cat' pose....gotta love the names

then to rock-and-roll sitting on the bar, to standing, an arabesque, to mermaid, then mermaid-angel, sitting, tobird's nest, then bird's nest with only one foot....

sitting to gazelle, to a russian split, to rockette...

back on the bar, to a back straddle, drop to my ankles. then angel and reverse angel...

and done...
