I've had this for about 4 months now.
Windows 7
1.6 ghz (when it's plugged in, otherwise it's in power save mode and only runs at 800 ghz rendering it completely useless.)
2 gb ram
14" display
320 gb hard drive.
If you are thinking of getting this then Do Not. I not had mine long and already I want to throw it against the wall. It doesn't always start up, it just sits at the MSI screen and you have to turn it off then on again sometimes 6-7 times before it will start up...

My battery life works out to 90 minutes. It shows movies ok, but you have to be plugged in to get top performance or your battery will be 30minutes. MSI denied me the promised windows7 upgrade because I had missed their "deadline". The deadline online said 2/28/10 but MSi has another deadline 01/31/10 that is to get their "upgrade form". Denied. By automated response.

Will it handle movies in 720p? And i'm not asking only about those codecs that are supported by hardware acceleration (but also about YT HD, Vimeo HD, etc.). I'm looking for small notebook / netbook (weight <1.6kg) but it must play 720p and YT HD really smoothly.

I just bought it , its so cute. Its just the right size, light and does everything I need. The bad points are that it does not have a CD drive, the fan is quite loud,the sound coming from the speakers is not very good and the battery (4) lives for about 2 hours. But I loveeee it :-)
