In 1995 and 1995 Fred Racké had a jazzprogram on the local radio of The Hague, Netherlands. He formed his own radio-band to do live concerts. This number is especially arranged by Robert Veen for the band from an old March. The meaning is that every solist uses all his different instruments in one number.
The line up was in this number: Klaas Wit tpt, tbn Eelco van Velzen tbn, Jan Wouter Alt cnt, clar, as, tuba/leader, B. B. clar/ten.sax, Pim Hogervorst bjo, tbn/arr., Kees Waal pno, Niels Tausk bas/tpt and Henk Rijnberg dms.
The concert was in Partycentrum Zichtenburg (The Hague Jazzclub) April 28th 1996, just a few days before Fred Racké died. Pim Hogervorst wrote the arrangement of this tune.
