  • I wasn't able to sleep this evening, and I remembered this video in my earlier searching of youtube. at 6:42, my head slid to one side and i was about to pass straight out!!! very very relaxed about my test tomorrow!

  • This is was incredibly peaceful but now the back of my neck and my eyeballs are sore, why is that ?

  • @parentalpa Its the feeling you get from sitting or laying still for a good amount of time, while being concious and relaxed. Its basically your body falling asleep.

  • Parentalpa: you can do this as often as you feel you need to (to recentre)... up to many times daily. A good rutine is to do it once in the morning and once before you go to bed. If you like that you should get some literature after a while - what you're feeling now is only a potential beginning.

  • I just tried it. And i feel as if i was parralyzed (sorry i cant spell very well) There was a tingle sensation throughout my WHOLE body body after i reached the pubic area. How often can i do this meditaion? thanks! :)

  • what yoga nidra will do if you stick with it for a month or so is, it will take you to the depth of relaxation and awareness where you will be able to astral travel or get intouch with you inner guide, most yogis will tell you that is not nidra, this is true as nidra is designed to totally relax you, but! it can also be used as a tool to play on the astral realms and develope your psychic abilities, which is what i use it for.
