Supersonic has some jealousy issues, he knows your skill level he probably teaches Tae Kwon do to 5-10 year olds, what a fag
-
Well I would assume with your pedigree and credentials in MMA, I would go with your technique

TELL YOU FRIEND ABOUT KNEE CAP UTILIZATION FOR DEFENCE OF INCOMMING KICKS AND KNEES, YES SAME FOR KNEES .
THERE IS A CROSSING KNEE CAP BLOCK , THIS TAKE MORE EFFORT BUT IS STRONGER ..
AFTER THIS BLOCK YOU SHOULD TRY TO STEP IN AND TO YOU REATTACK,

A good counter to legs kicks is. Check the kick and come over the top with a "superman punch".

very cool, never even knew you could block ith a knee
just wondering but, you ever think about turning your shin into the kicking shin? That ways it is shin to shin. That way he gets hurt for throwing the kick. Just thought I would share the way I learned it.

Good point, the problem when you do that is you open yourself up more from opoosite side to ribs and chin, I don't think it is worth it. I prefer staying square, especially cause your on one leg, and especially for takedowns. I learned both ways so use your preference
