A guy who studies UFOs decided NASA is telling lies? This is just stupid. Why would millions be spent trying to find life on Mars just to lie and say there isn't? It would justify the expenditure if they found microscopic life. The guy looks and sounds totally drunk.

On Earth the sky is blue because of Rayleigh scattering. Oceans have absolutely nothing to do with it. The same rules apply to Mars or anywhere else with an atmosphere, though the resulting color and appearance will vary depending on the composition and properties of each atmosphere.
