Dante does kill demons but cloud a human infused with mako and jenova cells(alien). demons are of earth and alien that can summon metoers to destroy planets aliens>demons. Pretty sure we know who the badass is. they are matched in all attributes but clouds *EMONESS* is what gives him his strength. If your hometown was burned down with your family and your best friend and love were killed you would cry like a little bitch more than he did.

-at 4:20 see vergil cuts dante's hand but it doesn't come off...and continue watching the scene,dante punches yamato but it doesn't come off again cuz of his regeneration,cloud would have to get thru that if he wants to beat dante.

Dante would win. He's faster, stronger and much more skilled with weapons. Dante is also a half demon to boot, how can a mortal compete. Anyways, Dante has a surefire way of winning without raising a finger:

In a sword fight,weak Cloud from Crisis Core vs Dante-The Shinra soldier will get his ass kicked..Experienced Cloud from FFVII,its sequels and spinoffs,including Advent Children-Dante will have a hard time.
