  • Are you allowed to take the things in the rockpools home? Like anemones?

  • @JUNAID187 I don't think so no. You'd have to get in touch with the marine department of the university. Because they are saltwater creatures, it is extremely difficult to recreate their habitat, unlike freshwater animals.

  • where are tthe rockpools in scarborough beach ? Do you need to go out of the amusment park place to see them

  • @JUNAID187

If you go out of Olympia leisure to the beach, the rocks at low tide begin to appear to the far right, and by the time you get to the spa they are quite extensive. There is also Scalby Mills rockpools just past the sealife centre.

  • I have a 240gallon marine aquarium setup but I don't want to pay 40 odd quid for an anemone which some guy just took off the beach when I could do the same :(.

  • Did you keep the Hermit Crab? They sell in pet shops for like £20 now!

  • quite interesting thanks for the upload =]
