These plants burn clean coal from the Powder RIver Basin. The coal is burnt very efficiently and has a minimal effect on the community. Yes close this plant and move the production of electricity out of the city. That will really help minority jobs and revenues to the city of Chicago. Thisis the same type of thinking that has lef to all our clothes, electronics, appliance and most cars to be made outside of this country. Please think things through and understand the science.

The Activists seem to be as clueless as the people being interviewed. Go on with you life without electricity. I do agree locals should be employed at the plant.
