We record our voices and then we increased or decreased the speed.

didn't the bouty hunter lose an arm in part 1?

No it wasn't the bounty hunter. He firstly appears in the movie in the beginning of part 2 with a white horse . The man who lost his arm was an old man. Note that his face is different from the hunter's face.
