Hey man, Interesting to hear you speak of the hips .. I play rugby league which is sim to NFL in terms of the explosive/power needed and the agility being able to move your body and these bands seem like they could do some good for my game...
We agree. Hip strength is very important for speed, lateral movement, balance and control. We have many Rugby players that use the bands for training.
