  • Hey man, Interesting to hear you speak of the hips .. I play rugby league which is sim to NFL in terms of the explosive/power needed and the agility being able to move your body and these bands seem like they could do some good for my game...

  • We agree. Hip strength is very important for speed, lateral movement, balance and control. We have many Rugby players that use the bands for training.
