lol i bought an ab trimmer but it still haven't come! i wanna be able to do that but it will take alot of time to be able to do it properly :)

So what is better of 1/3:d standing or 3/4 on knees? ;D

yeah i should know, did weights for 2 years and the first time i tried the ab roller fell flat on my face...lol

Not as good, but if you can't do it standing it will help you work towards it.

I guess, but your core strength will improve a lot from doing them standing. Don't start off with going all the way down, make progress!
