  • yeah i should know, did weights for 2 years and the first time i tried the ab roller fell flat on my face...lol

  • Not as good, but if you can't do it standing it will help you work towards it.

  • I guess, but your core strength will improve a lot from doing them standing. Don't start off with going all the way down, make progress!
