Born in the U.S. does not always = natural born citizen

Because the Supreme Court has not given a reason for the dismissal of these cases we do not know why they were denied.

The video is part of a presentation that I made for Congressman Tom Cole. I personally delivered this to his office in Norman, Oklahoma.

No it didn't. The case was about citizenship, not "natural born" citizenship, and they cited English Common law as the precedent of deciding (essentially every form of) citizenship... and as the concept of being a "natural born citizen" is merely a subset of being a "citizen," the decision ruled that you're a natural born citizen if you're born in the US... just like the 2 lower court decisions before that case!

@NCTruthSeeker no. his dad under the great Britain gave him the option to gain British citizenship if his dad ever register his birth to the English authorities, he never did so he never had it. and can't have kenyan citizenship since kenyan was not a independent country at the time of his birth.

and under the supreme court case US v Low Hong, the child's parents status have no bearing on theirs. as long as the child is born on us soil they are natural born citizens
