Dutch = The language spoken in the Netherlands
German = The language spoken in Germany
He's speaking dutch, but since dutch is like a mix of a couple languages, including german, it does rarely sound like german.
Since I'm German, I understand a part of what he's saying :P
Example: 0:52 is dutch, BUT you can clearly understand it if you capable of speaking german; "Ein aüßerst riskantes Unternehmen, wobei sich der Mann selbst und *blabla* ernsthaft in Gefahr bringt
