The "Browse" tab on the Rankforest.com page allows you to view a listing of all tracked items.

If you click the title of a book or item that interests you, you will see the detail page, which is visible in this video.

The detail page allows you to view charts of historical sales ranks from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, and Barnes and Noble. You can even view rankings from all 3 places at one time on the same graph.

You can also see what people are saying about the book or author on blogs, as well as view the most recent reviews for the book from Amazon.com.

You can also export sales rank data in simple text format or CSV (to be opened with Excel).
