go on hypercam on AVI and make there on 10 10 or lower to get a lower speed

goo to display setting make ur 16bit colors then open ur hypercam 2 go to avi file there is writing Rate in frames per second record make them 15

gah i cant find it. im looking at windows live movie maker and there are no video effects. and its not in visual effects either.

@rockleefan1130 Go to video effects then look for Slow Down Half then drag it into the timeline when you make the movie.

Just slow down the video with windows movie maker,or just get the latest version..The latest version of hyper cam gives you a license copy so you don't have that little tag on the top left corner saying "unregistered hypercam2".
