  • Awesome video! Reminds me of the first time I ever visited Chama. It was 1981 and the only engines they had under steam were 487, 488, & 489. Soon 484 was restored, followed by 463. Then 497 came over from Durango in a trade for 482. It's great being reminded just how much The C&TS has grown over the years.

  • That track looks better than that of the track that I operate over!

  • VERY nice footage! Beautiful scenery. Thank you for sharing.

  • I like it, indescribably nicely. 2 thumbs up !!! *****

  • One of the best videos I've ever seen here! What are you using to shoot with? The picture is INCREDIBLE!

  • Brilliant video - Second to none!

I visited the C&T in the closing weekend of the 1998 season and rode the train behind a triple header in the snow Saturday and chased the train with a double header in the sun Sunday.

Thanks for the memories and 5 stars in return :-)

  • outstanding footage - well done

  • this reminds me of this

    489: Let's Go

    488: All Right

    487: OKAY

  • Very beautiful shots. Thank you. 5*

  • they gotta put the D&RGW 5 chimes back on...my personal opinion
