how do i get the picture in the back and how do i get to the thing where you make the base mesh?

@HaloWarlord117117 draw a plane, open material editor(M) create a material with a image in diffuse channel and assign it on the plane. Add UVW modifier and click bitmap fit select that image u've chosen. copy length and width from UVW modifier and paste it in plane's length and width.
or you could jus create a plane with the dimensions of the image.
