Disabled From Facebook!? What?!

On April 11th, 2009, my Facebook account was disabled. This happened when Facebook accused me of using a fake name. My name is Dark Angel. That's not a joke, prank, stage name, or scree name & I am not a walking troll. Dark Angel is my REAL NAME; I had it legally changed. I explained this to Facebook, provided them with said proof of name, and asked if there was anymore cooperation needed. I heard nothing for a little over 2 weeks. The last response I received from Facebook (5/5/09) directed me to the FAQ they have on disabled accounts & told me, quote, "Unfortunately, we do not offer support for disabled accounts from this email alias." Now I want to know why & I want my account back more than ever. It should be noted THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO THE SAME ACCOUNT. On top of all that, this comes as a crushing blow after many personal tribulations over the last few weeks. I have been covering this issue on my blog for a while, and my friend has also started a group to petition my return to Facebook; I encourage you all to join this group & share this video with anyone who may be interested or anyone who may want to see justice served. I've tried almost everything I can think of to get my account back, and Facebook has yet to follow through on their word. If this doesn't work, so be it, I just won't use Facebook, but I, like so many others, have invested countless hours and energy in establishing a network via Facebook. And now I feel like Facebook has stolen all of that from me.

Oh, and in case you were wondering, I have thought about starting a 2nd account, but considering that might actually get me banned (as opposed to just having my account disabled) & this is the 2nd time I've been suspended from just this account, there's no guarantee Facebook wouldn't pull this again.

I have a normal common name and they have blocked me saying i have a fake name and have showed ID they said sorry we fixed it so I logged in and then he shut me off again after that what the hell?? why would they block me after i proved im real

Why me? I wasn't being anyone else. I was being me. I couldn't change my first name. Cause I use up their limit of changing names.

I got disable from two days ago. Saying, I use a fake name. My first name. I use the meaning of my first name. My last name I use my real last name. But, I see people role playing characters playing from Little house on the Prairie & other old tv shows. I know, it's not the real actress who use to play on that tv show. (cont)

I actually did a little homework, I decided to visit a random page that was fake and report it, but didn't actually report it, and they actually do an investigation process and they do other stuff as well for the person who reports who. So maybe someone kept reporting you. D: Even the slightest report is taken way out of proportion.
