Super sad case of our trying to work with someone and their taking advantage of us and the program. The tenant was only here a few months, owed us back rent and trashed the house. Emory Williams was set to purchase a home with us and it's sad that we're going to have to sue him for the damages and garnish his wages. Everyone has the chance of running into financial problems these days....the key is to communicate and work together for a common end....not destroy the house and end up getting sued for it....

  • Bitter bitter bitter so sad. But remember you did not live up to your agreement either. I got pic's that so the mess was made by u and your crew when Ieft the house was clean with no trash on floor. You didn't fix the bathroom, or change the fans and other things. Like u said u hired people that didn't do there job and u didn't follow up behind them so if u think or feel I'm to blame that's on u. So sad!!

  • Good for you. Basically, you lied, trashed a house and failed to live up to the bargain that you made. We will get around to suing you at some point, garnish whatever wages we can and gradually collect on the mess you made here. It's a shame that people like you are given a break and then abuse it. We let you pay your rent late because your daugher was going off to college...you just got further and further into us, with no real intention of ever paying. It is what it is...

  • No I didn't run into hard time. Just found something better so stop being mad u didn't get my money. F.y.I! I have brought two houses since that time at the price that u r selling one. So people don't fall for the hype there more and way better programs for u to go to just look around. Thank u Andy for nothing

  • The property has been restored and re-rented now. We no longer manage properties for other landlords...we just rent them. Real estate done the right way is the best way to set yourself free economically and that's what we are here to teach our clients....

  • Funny how the tenant and the supposed neighbor removed their comments. I spent 3 years living in that area trying to help & build a program to help people help themselves. Sadly, most of my efforts & sacrifices were wasted. This particular tenant is actually a good man who hit some financial hard times and didn't handle it the right way...at least not with us. I would actually still help him and offered to settle this out of court but never heard back from him.

  • Wow its sad to see how this person had taken complete advantage of the property. Its even worse considering you tried to work with this person and they still left the property in disgusting shape.

  • Slander is spoken...Libel is written and there is no issue if it is true. You are talking about 1351 Avon...the tenant set the house on fire the first week they were there and then would never pay the rent. There was nothing to pay the owners...we finally got her evicted and out. The tenant had never paid a deposit either. They didn't take our sign out..we agreed to give the house back to them. Not sure what "men" you are talking about a couple from CA who own the house..

  • Someone put a couch i the 3rd bedroom and you can see where the carpet was clean under it....the video shows all the head sweat on the wall...same in the 2nd bedroom. Alot of the staining appears to be from burning scented oils. We worked with Emory all the way through on this house...he never paid a deposit and we let him get behind because his daughter was going off to college....he repaid us by leaving the mess that he did. We'll work it out in court and see what a judge says..

  • We have the original video of the house before Emory rented it..there was no reason to leave it up. I dont have any other investor houses around Emory's except for the one 2 doors up that we gave back to the owners....the tenants there lived there for 5 months and never paid the rent. The area is a very difficult one to rent in...we were there to develop a program which is now more successful in other areas of Atlanta where people will actually pay their bills.
