My first video response on YouTube! A video response concerning NFP, the Billings Ovulation Method, Creighton Model and the book "The Art of Natural Family Planning." This isn't a very well-edited or fancy video but just gives a brief explanation of my experience with NFP, the road bumps and how it has benefited me. This is also my two cents about the book "The Art of Natural Family Planning"

  • Thanks for your feed back. It really matters, I am glad that you got it!

  • I think I have PMDD. What progesterone are you taking? I don't really know what to look for... Do I have to go to the doctor to prescribe it? I'm doing NFP (temping and cheking cervical mucus) and in the 6-7 months I really recognized a pattern in my mood swing and everything. Charting is really invredibly helpful. I'm not religious so I'm not doing it because of that but I'm convinced it's the best birth control.

  • I am currently thinking of learning NFP. Had 10 years of HELL with hormonal contraceptives. If ound your video very helpful. I had a look online for more info on the Creighton model though and couldn't find much info. I have a lot of information on both Billings and sympto-thermal but not Creighton. I'm not sure anyone teaches this over here in the UK? (Not that any of these natural methods are highly publicised in any case! - wish they were!) But thanks for all you're info - very helpful! :)

  • Thanks for sharing! I just started the Creighton model (one week ago), and it was helpful to hear about your experience.

  • Thanks! Cool!

  • Thanks for this.

By which characteristics of the usual chart is PMDD diagnosed?

Is it related to a small rise of the temperature?

  • Cool!

  • Good information Miranda!!! I think you've found another niche, "investigative reporter!!" Watch out Heraldo!!!
