  • I'm shocked that nobody was injured. The "trainer" should be ashamed.

  • @bunksbunks I appreciate the comment. We have learned a lot since this was posted.

  • OK, I feel really sorry for this guy. He is obviously exhausted and has poor technique but deserves a pat on the back for sheer stamina. 30 reps seems excessive in my expereince as a Trainer. This is not a good video to watch if you are wanting to learn Kbells. If anything, it puts me off.

  • I agree that the form was sloppy. We have been studying how to properly use KBs from Steve Cotter and others. Our form is cleaned up, but thanks for caring.

  • This workout was awesome. Best time was 48:34 with a 54 lb Kettlebell.

  • Doing this kind of exercise a fast as you can just seems wrong. Like anything involving kettlebell isn't dangerous enough as it is!

  • thts silly .. This will be fun to try one day.. its goin on the list!

  • though tgu was a grind. This is absolutely the wrong way to do tgu.

  • doing tgu wrong. going way too fast not doing u any good

  • @MASHJOB Bad reps are not a waste of time. Even though they will DESTROY your body over time, they are not a "waste of time". Stop repeating shit you read online as a fucking parrot. Extreme means fucking bad ass.

    just my 2 cents

  • Surely quality is the key, not quantity. No good doing so many reps that you become tired and risk injury. If you are doing 30 reps, then your form is ever diminishing, so in fact, the final 10 or so are a waste of time.. "Extreme" simply means reckless (and very macho)

  • Yes people are always ready to criticise technique when actually good technique means lifting without getting injured.Even so, technique is not something you learn mentally, so keep working out until you get it well.

Well done for the video. I just thought that for the TGU 30 reps is a bit unsafe if you don't have enough space to drop the kettlbell anywhere away from you, in case you fail to keep it up due to exhaustion. I wouldn't recommended for a indoor session.

  • Drinking and kettlebells definitely don't mix!LOL
