R&M prepare theirself for a operation. R asks M who the patient is& for some technical healthinformation. Tracy meets Amy, teesings and asks her if she really thing she will be a right nurse her and wants to know what she has in her hand. Amy tells her that it is transfusionmachine, that she needs this for a patient, that she works for this week in the laboratory and that she came currently from the OP, where R&M do a very comlicate heart-OP on a man with asystole. tracy tells her that everybody says that Amy make a good job and that she was the one who bring the bloodtransfusion to her nephew, when he has his bad operation. Amy tells her that she(Amy) has really a right relationship to AJ him,that she feels so sorry for him what he must through in his short life& that it is important to her to know that he is feeling well.Tracy answers her ironic that he believes that she is careing about all her patients and that her strongness is really impressive. Amy responds that she finds her so awful cynical but that she has right for this one time, that she is really careing about all her patients.Tracy tells Amy that nobody else as herself is really concerned about his nephew and that she is happy that he is alive and has survived his operation. Amy responds that she doesn't say what she is really mean. Tracy means that it was luck that he survived and that is luck that she musn't wait 6 month until she can check out his bloodtype with a disposal.because his bloodtypecard lies with the patientcard down in the laboratory and waits to read from her(Tracy). R& M come exhausted to the cafeteria. Monica is concerned if the patient can make it, that she cannot relax because she must thinking of him. Rick means that they have done what they could, and that by his condition and by such a complicated suggery it can be that he will not survive. Monica answers that he is not really optimistic and wonders about Rick's reaction and responds what's wrong with him that it seems he is not so dedicated like to other times, Rick responds that he is dedicated and that he doesn't like such operations like other cardiolouges like not. M will know what happend to the surgeon who has torn hisself for his patients. Rick answers that the only reason could be that he doesn#t know the patient before he has operated him and that, when he will survive, he wouldn't see him so much again, when he can leave the ICU. Perhaps he will see him a few times in his rounds and when he feels better then he is in the care of his family physician. Monica explains him that this is the run of life. They talk about Rick's identity crisis. Rick confess he is with nothing what he does in the current satiesfied/happy -work-relates and privat. When Steves comes to the table of the both he heard with Rick said to Monica. Steve is unfriendly to Steve, Steve asks him what' he have. Rick answers him that something is really wrong with him and if he wants to overtake his job, he asks Monica she can manage it alone because he only wants to change his clothes and go home. Rick leaves and Steve and Monica talk together about Rick. Rick is concerned about Rick, they talk about him and he begs Monica to convince Rick that he can't ruin his whole carrer for which he had work so hard in the past.
