that god is within you, then I agree with you.
If you are saying there are some very extraordinary claims about
god, then I agree.
The Prime Mover is beyond our comprehension or perception,
what most people claim about god is a metaphor to explain
what is incomprehensible, all we know is the 'god effect'
but certainly not the nature.
Religion has nothing to do with the Prime Mover,
spirituality & religion are not same.

Yes they even sacrificed their own children. Thats why the rules changed.
People felt somewhat attached to their children and refused to sacrifice them any longer. So they had to change the rules in order to keep the faith (Control System) going.
We continue to sacrifice people on the battle field every day.
The practice continues but we call it Democracy now.
