maybe peeps listen this ur team is good, but training more the flow in moves and the tecnick and the moves go left more better beleive
keep going cumpz by TraceurArchon Portugal, more one ting this is not parkour, is FreeRunning continue ;)

不错，不过怎么有几个动作比较的危险，但不实用啊。现在国内越来
越多人玩这个了，我在国内的时候都没见过别人玩。上面有个老兄说 得很多，做些conditioning吧，对你们身体有好处。回 去不知道浙江有没有人练，交流下。 -
