  • hatch ftw fuck nissan

  • @da7nesman yeah but that all depends on who is driving it. my civic coupe will run a bit slower than this but it has not interior and no a/c. I love driving around the streets with it because it's so responsive. You can feel every bump in it but I'm so used to it that when I ride in a normal car it makes me feel ike I'm gonna flip the thing. you really get used to the setup that you have. as long as you build it right everything will work out.

  • @DBtwoz yeah his trap was down because he hit the brakes. so he might have been running bracket. However I don't think that would acct for about a full second. I still don't believe this is a 700hp GTR. Hell he didn't even launch that hard. And like I said, I'm not a fan boy and I'm not trying to take anything away from the civic. (I'm actually a mustang guy) But I have raced all my life and that was def. NOT a 700AWHP GTR

  • @probercr93 Did you see the MPH? That probably was a 700hp GTR, they would run low 10s and he obviously hit the brakes early.

  • nothing against the civic, but there is no way that gtr was anywhere close to 700hp. Look up an ams alpha 9 (right around 700 hp) and you'll see they run low 10's high 9's. Quick civic though.

  • @SovXietday Good reply. Thanks!

  • @da7nesman Last I checked this video was shot at a dragstrip, not the street. I certainly understand what message you are trying to imply, but the Civic still beat the GTR. Will it beat it every time on every playing field? Of course not, but the Civic owns the dragstrip, which is likely what it was built for. GTR owner simply stepped into a playing field where it couldn't keep up, but that's where all the fun in modifying cars is.

  • Comments for this vid are too funny. Sure the you can build a super civic for $10k or less. But at what cost to comfort? The GTR in the video did not look like a purpose built drag car to me, but the civic did. No civic that runs 10's will have a comfy ride on the street, even if it has full-interior and A/C. You have to tune the suspension to aggressively to keep that car launching and staying in a straight line ya know.

  • @MrBobbyloc YOU DICK ARE A DUMBASS!!! I own a real drift team not some of me and my buddies piecing together cars. Would you like the website, we travel all around the world and been in a couple of mags. Who do you think invented the bellhousing to do a Titan swap in a G35 and has the patent on it Hmmmmmmmmmmmm That would be ME. When i was with driftemporium.
