I started doing it naturaly, I never watched a video or anything it just felt right... dont get caught up on the details just grab some sticks and start flowing up and down with you're rolls, it will come to you.

u don't use fingers they r not involved its all the arm motion as a "whip" and u let the stick do the rest after the first big stroke

Really cool stuff... how long did it take you to build that sorta speed, obviously it's different for people cause they practice differently, but for you? I practice between 1 -2 hours a day moeller technique, is it one of those things that takes 5 years or like a year or 2? :)

it just puts you in a swinging motion to increase feel and consistancy, instead of a static position trying to use the same power level and technique, moeller strokes flow up and down in motion and power, much easier to control and maintain.
