I was bored okay. And I discovered this awesome song. And my thought immediately went to the scene in the season 4 finale where Derek is talking to Rose, saying he fails her over and over.
So basically this vid is based around his thoughts and how he hopes to be everything she needs because hes going to be the guy that is supportive.
