Hey i just a Angus turbo kit with meth injection setup for my NSX. Its a T67 Turbo. I thought at like 5lbs of boost the stock motor can take but anymore your break. You didn't seem to break at 10lbs. Have you done quite a few runs like at 10lbs boost. Do you always keep it at 10lbs or only at the track. Reply thanks.

That thing is so fast at what rpm do you launch at?

Great run man... Love the stock look too

hey ,just wondering was your two step set up on the clutch or was it programmed to come on at mph. Also what tires did you run. I know that you have a lot of test and tuning on the nsx and some info would be greatly appreciated. I think that it is the fastest 60 foot time ever in an nsx.Sorry to hear that you sold the car. Thanks in advance........Brian
Doesn't this car only have around 120 ft pounds of torque from the factory? Must be modified to the gills to be that fast.

@TucoRamirez2 Actually they claimed 270hp and 210 ft-lbs of torque, but yes this car is modified. It's motor was completely stock with a bolt-on HP Performance turbo kit and an aftermarket clutch. In that run it is producing a little over 600 rwhp.

nice launch! I too have an nsx that I race and launching is the hardest part of the whole race(as you know) .My best 60 foot time is 1.8 and I at that I ran 11.12 at 129. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am very interested in a response. That would help me get into the 10s. Anyway nice car and great driving.

Do you use a 2-step?
craigcathey 2 years ago
I dont know if my last post got through so , yes I use a two step. I launch it at 4200 at 10 lbs of boost. I slip the clutch until rpm and speed feel good.Maybe should just dump the clutch?
mrsbozo 2 years ago
I just dump the clutch while on the 2-step. It is a little scary that something will break though. We just kept tweaking the rpm until we got to something that didn't bog after the launch.
We have an incredible amount of time in tuning. We datalog every run and make changes along the way.
