@v33sonata: I just want to clarify two things before you get ur hopes up. 1. It's not an STi, it's a WRX which is a step down with stock factory upgrades. SPT is factory based so it's not much better than stock. 2. The sonata had a custom made COLD AIR INTAKE, developed and bought from the sonata forums

So this race was basically stock for stock. But if you do wanna race the WRX is now stage 2 and the sonata owner finally got rid of his POS and got an evo IX. Have fun with ur sonata

the 09 wrx will walk past both cars like they are standing still. racing a 3.3 sonata and taking it lol seriously my beater 99/88 ls olds can take that

the car has changed since then. it has gotten another tune, plus flat foot shifting and launch control. what you saw was pretty much the baseline cuz the car is alot faster now.

lol, with the launch control to hold boost and flat-foot for quick shifting the 09 has no chance with drivers of equal skill.. wait, do you even have a wrx?! I also beleive the wrx is a lot more fun to drive than your beater 99/88 so don't even compare the wrx to your garbage. All wheel drive flat four boxer all the way.
