More at http://umc.org/videos. Vaughn Talley remembers the night he hit "rock bottom." Talley was sleeping in an abandoned house in Little Rock, Arkansas and felt himself slipping away. Talley recalls praying with all the strength he had left and says his life changed that very moment with the help of a recovery program through Theressa Hoover United Methodist Church. Talley says seeing the church help other people he knows gave him the confidence that they could help him too. "It wasn't so much that I was believing that it would work for me but I believed it had worked for them." Today, Talley remains sober and holds a full-time job.

it's not always drugs or drinking that leads people to being homeless , alot of people just fall into a bad situation , just stay positive and get out there and do it , sometimes we need help and that is the only way we can pull out of our situations
