@TheKtrop14 I disagree. If you are deliberately keeping food from a baby, and they die from starvation, that is torturing them. The only difference is 1 and only one baby dies from torture in the first case, while millions die from torture in the second.

I would not torture a baby to death to save a million other baby's from dying in agony. because to me it's wrong an the baby's are dying of extreme agony nobody is torturing them to death.

Someone always comes along with some ridiculous scenario like this where they pretend to be morally superior by killing a child in some way to save many others. The real question is would this saint of a person who would torture a baby to save many more let someone torture THEM to death to save many others? Absolutely not in a million years. @ABC132Acd You're thinking about it incorrectly. It's theoretical. You are supposed to assume that the torture would be have to be severe and last as long as it possibly could. Either way the question doesn't really change.
