While Ken gets hopped up on booze and coke, Tommy now has to find a good shooter. Cam suggests a guy named Phil Cassidy, a military man (wannabe) who's the best shooter in Vice City. You meet him at the Ammu-nation firing range where he challenges you to a shoot out.
This is like EVERY OTHER shooting minigame in the history of video games, except more realistic.
Round two, however, starts getting interesting...
You beat the record by three points with only one round left. Nice! :D

Dang, I used to suck at PS2. By the time I got to here, I musta got better at aiming because I got a damn 76 on my first try!

i found the aiming so much better on pc, my old ps2 bad is so stiff

it's not hard dude. i can do 3-4 missions in an hour. beating them takes like 10 mins, editing and rendering takes another 10 and i can keep playing/editing/rendering while i upload!
