Electricity : Kite (1989)

From the same set of UK public information films as "Football", a teenage boy recalls how he told his foolish friend not to climb a pylon to rescue a kite, while the viewer witnesses the incident in question.

I saw the other public information film about those idiots trying to get the football in the substation and now this. That music on the advert was scary. They could've have used the sound of the clock used in the final round of Catchphrase and it would have the same scary, unnerving effect on people, especially kids.
