1961 Evinrude V-4 Starflite 75. 90 cubic inches of gas- guzzling, stump-pulling power. This engine fitted with a rare 2 blade racing prop. I'm sure it will still be going strong long after all the Etecs, Verados, Yams, Suzu's & Hondas have blown up or worn out.

  • What year is your Rienell?

  • @mazdawg89

It's a 1960 Jetflite - very difficult to find, as only a few were built.

  • OMC IS KING!

  • I have the same great motor as you she was my dads he was proud of the motor and babied it. I'll tell you that I'll put it up against it any newer model any-day. Mine has all-ways kept in showroom condition. It powers a 1972 Mirro Craft and it cuts through the water like a knife. Thanks awesome video.

  • Impressive! She sounds great! looks like you could use tabs on that one...

  • Nice boat, UGLY motor, but fast

  • That is a great classic boat made near my home town! Keep her tight and you'll have a piece of history that appreciates over time!

  • Cool. I love those old V4's
