Suppressors can handle supersonic rounds just fine.

@AKlover ya it would, 5.45 in the decimal is .221 so ya it would work .223 (5.56) but you have to be careful not to blow it up because there isnt any subsonic rounds available for the 5.45

is it possible to cut off the 24mm threaded part of the gas block front sight/ and then thread the actually barrel underneath for a QD flash hider from aac/yhm/ etc?

It shouldn't be a problem. You would need to make sure the barrel is over 1/2" but I'm pretty sure it is.

Nope, All welded. Rifle can don't need to be serviced.
