I'm told that my computer is very badly infected by "highly-designed, polymorphic junk files". The nice lady on the phone talks me through the process of connecting to a 'technician'.

The 'technician' downloads a system optimization program for me, but I have a surprise that will make his life a little more difficult...

Giving someone remote access to your computer (like what see in this video) is the same as letting someone sit down at your computer and do what they want. The possibility for abuse is huge.
