Bono always struck me as somewhat opportunistic. I still do not envy his work or position.

Bono has also done important work; not everyone who toured America would dare say what they did, or campaign for human rights, or try to outlaw poverty.

anyway my main point is that we can only understand what is going on now by reviewing history (or like the old saying goes, it'll just repeat itself otherwise) and studying religious texts of all nations - not just relating everything to christianity or slapping a satanic label on it. Anyway I won't ramble but my main point is just to stay positive in these times where people only want to argue, and not discuss matters that are concerning them.

By demonizing the forces that are trying to manipulate us we simply deliver the negativity that they desire - the more divided we become, the better for them! By now it has become obvious that the mainstream music (bands/channels/networks etc) is pumping tonnes of occult symbolism to the youth, but it is not necessarily Satanic. Are you serious? U2 is one of the most Christian bands on the popular stage! "You broke the bonds and you loosed the chains/ Carried the Cross of my shame, O my shame/ You know I believe it." Or: "The real battle yet begun/ To claim the victory Jesus won/ On Sunday, Bloody Sunday." Add to that the quite obvious fact that Bono is not shy about claiming Christ in public.
