Dan Rather's account from November 25, 1963

Reporter Dan Rather was able to see the Zapruder footage and later narrated the film to CBS national television coverage, claiming that he saw the President's head "went forward with considerable violence." He failed to mention the backward motion made famous in the Oliver Stone movie, JFK. His omission seemed to confirm that the single shooter theory with just Oswald firing from the rear. When the Zapruder film became public, he was forced to apologize saying it was "an honest error."

Now, pay attention! it is starting to make the rounds on the internet that the so-called death photos of JFK - Is not JFK. I saw the evidence. The death photos are JD Tippit - the cop that HAD to be murdered minutes later. That is correct. JD Tippit was called Jack & Kennedy by his DPD friends for the most obvious reason.

A body on demand to fit whatever shooting scenario was required to fool the public.

Why did Dan Rather get to see the Zapruder film? This was long before he was a national figure. Back in 1963, he was just some two-bit reporter, supposedly. Very strange.

Exactly. Why was Rather the only reporter picked to view the Zapruder film out of all the reporters covering the story, he was a nobody back then. Why was Walter Conkrite(the most trusted man in America) not asked? Could it be because he refused to tell a bald-faced lie to the American people. Rather was likely a CIA agent thus the choice.

Spot on Mate, also look at NARA's utube links re: restoring old film's etc, they have 1930's film printer's, so altering the z film was not a issue for the Hawkeye work's & at Jamieson's, but 2 films were made, there is a wills picture with more than Zapruder up there with a camera, cheers :) also ppl forget the Joe kenndy made millions with the mob bootlegging to try to get his son to be president of the USA & bobby went after the MOB, hello ?

sorry to defend them but considering THEY had just BLASTED our beloved president's head open right before our eyes--

I cannot fully blame them for lying. Who could they trust to protect them? Besides, there was and is enough for people to not beleive him. If they carelessly do believe him, it isnt so much to give so he can live.

NOTE THIS: JFKs murder was also a message. The message was-THEY were in control and anyone who might oppose them could expect to be killed also.

Spot on mate, what a load of crap, notice how he said, that connely was shot by a secound shot, so there goes the single bullet issue, again the car stop as well ? I hope he is in hell, he had the chance to tell the truth, the seen the Z film for the first tiem before the had the chance to change anything, yet he was told what to say.
