he should have been taken to england yes but at least he was selected rather than still being only in the first-class scene .. great expectations upon him and several others coming up

hes really talented. then again all trini cricketers are. he made 104 on debut but the team made 187. what a disapointment and the others players should be embarrased that a 19 year old on debut made a century and the rest of them batted poorly. now if it was the trinidad team out their that century would have been surrounded by other wonderful knocks and a healthier score would have been the outcome. anyways barath is the best. i expect alot more wonderful innings from him.

He has good potential and I hope he'll be up to the task on those quicker pitches in Australia. Shots off the backfoot come in handy down under.
