@999lazerman Twin Peaks was an incredibly popular show for about 1 year in the early 90s. A lot of other shows from that time (Northern Exposure, early Simpsons, etc.) poke fun at it. Headdy making any kind of reference to it ties the game to a certain time in pop culture, when the whole world was at least passively aware of the show.

It's a shame the show is kind of lost to the early 90s, because it's probably one of the best shows ever made.
