:57 That's the edge of the spillway, with metal gates on top that can be raised. They allow the managers to retain extra water in the lake. I remember visiting the dam years ago. Then the lake level was so high those gates were up and water was pouring over them and into the spillway. Now look how far the lake has dropped!
