Valuev only threw jabs that didnt even connect fully. Valuev never hit Haye flush while Haye did hit Valuev flush a couple of times.

I'm not a fan of haye, but did expect him to beat valuev and i expect him to beat ruiz either by late (11th or 12th) stoppage or on pts. On the other hand, if he'd ever fight either of the Klitscho's he'd lose by an amazing Knockout. Haye is not the future of the Heavyweight division, he's just another player.

Totally agree it was boring (and I expected the result to be closer) but Valuev could have tried coming at Haye but he's got as much movement as the wummin in Greggs.

And mind Haye hurt his hand so hats off to him for battling on.

I thought it wasn't a bad fight actually. I was very glad to see Haye win...I had him winning.

The punch that hit valuev that shook him was with a suspect broken right hand that he had hurt in the 2nd round.

Hurting this guy is a feat because no-one in 52 fights has come close and haye does it with one punch!

I am talking about the pressure if haye had more time after valuev being hurt and haye being 100% and keeping up successful pressure we could have seen a k.o. In a rematch i reckon valuev would get knocked out, you are forgetting this is haye's 3rd heavyweight fight in 2-3 years.
