@tillerman002 Check out CNET's comparison of the two machines on my channel to see the true speed of the two products for yourself, the Kindle Fire is hands down a lot slooooowwwwweeeerrrr than the Ipad, that's for sure!

@tillerman002 That's funny because I had one and the streaming video on the Kindle Fire looks really pixelated and it's far slower than on the Ipad2 which has a processor which runs twice as fast. As for books, the Kindle Fire is primarily an E-reader that has Wifi capabilities, if you only want to read books, then the Kindle should be your choice, however, it is NOT a tablet computer at all, and has only a fraction of the capabilities and power of the Ipad!
