I love this show, but there's a near-complete lack of continuity between episodes. In previous episodes, there was never a hint that Heather is religious, or has an opinion one way or another about abortion. But here, she refers to "what the minister said" and talks about "killing centres." Just like like the jr. high episodes: in one episode, Kathleen has an eating disorder, then it's barely (if ever) mentioned again.
