How do u get the rubber bands to come out without the motor breaking or the gun in huge pressure.......?

The gun is wrapped in rubber bands to make it stronger, and the rubber bands it shoots don't put that much tension on the mechanism.

If you take most of the pieces off, it's pretty much a fully auto mechanism that you can put into any gun.
