A happy family's night at the Drive-In is interrupted by a narrator. If only they'd heard him; they wouldn't have put away all the food before getting the grumblies on the way home. It's Pepto Bismol® to the rescue. Notice the joke at the end - seems that this Drive-In only ran old 50s monster movies.

Pepto's ad campaign at the time had a narrator set the scene with the actors all happily overeating.
